IMPACT IN SOCIETY

Dmitri Mendeleev had a huge impact on science and he made scientists understand more about chemistry, however one must know that Mendeleev did not only help in the chemistry side, but he was also a great help to Russia’s economy. Mendeleev helped the economy by researching about petroleum production, the coal industry and also advanced agricultural methods. Moreover he helped the government when it came to issues on varying between gunpowder to national tariffs.

Another benefit Mendeleev had in our modern life is that he opened the door to many other aspects of science such as medicine, pharmaceutical, and even plastic production. The fact that he discovered this law allowed scientists to go even further with science to what it is today.

Mendeleev had a very good impact in society as he made chemistry understandable for everyone. For professors, students and scientists. Because of him they were all able to understand better the Periodic Table and

develop the science. The fact that Mendeleev didn’t expect to find such thing is very interesting, as he wanted to write a textbook for his teaching as he thought he had a lack of them, and while doing this research he discovered the Periodic Table law which made everything easier.

A hundred and thirty years ago a Russian professor understood all of the behaving patterns between all of the elements and he figured out that the behaviour and characteristics of chemical elements are not random at all.
